Shelley Gudgin from Avishayes Community Primary School in Chard, Somerset added: “We were delighted to support the ‘Dig Down South West’ campaign and get involved with the research. As a school, we support any initiative that helps to promote and encourage an understanding of where their food comes from. The ‘Dig Down South West’ campaign should go a long way in helping to capture the imagination of pupils and help encourage the understanding of healthy eating longer term.”
